"The NV Extra Dry Rosé Sparkling shows ginger-tinged peach and hints of sour citrus. It’s round and pliant, with a core of zesty acids adding a juicy feel to its ripe orchard fruits. Although a bit short, this is really impressive for its savory-versus-sweet personality."
