No returns will be accepted without a receipt or invoice. The Pluckemin Inn must be notified within 30 days from date of the in-store purchase or 30 days from date of delivery. If you suspect the bottle is bad, simply put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well; we cannot take back any empty bottles. If you find any errors regarding the type of wine and vintage, please call our Order Department at 908.658.9292 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have the package picked up and returned to us immediately for inspection. Once the package is received by us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. Please let us know of any error immediately, re-pack the wine and send it to The Pluckemin Inn - Route 202-206, Bedminster NJ 07921. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
