"The 2022 Pinot Noir Silver Eagle is bursting with dark blue/purplish fruit, lavender, spice and dried herbs. A potent, muscular Pinot, the Silver Eagle is superb. The blend of clones -Vosne-Romanée, Calera and Swan - along with the personality of this site, yields one of the darker, broader Pinots in the Rivers-Marie range. A dollop of whole clusters (15%) and firm tannins add to an impression of gravitas. This is impressive juice."
