"From a site in the Moon Mountain AVA, the 2022 Chardonnay Charlie Smith Vineyard comes from old Wente Clone and spent 15 months in 38% new oak. Rocking amounts of honeyed citrus, sappy flower, chalky minerality, and some salty, sea breeze-like nuances all emerge on the nose, and it hits the palate with medium-bodied richness, a vibrant, racy, yet concentrated mouthfeel, and a mineral-drenched finish. It's another beautiful Chardonnay in the vintage."

Airy and chiseled to the core, the 2022 is seriously impressive. Dried pear, white pepper and chalk lead to an almost Meursault-like finish"
