"Bright straw-colored, the 2020 Champagne Grand Cru Ambonnay Brut Nature is 58% Pinot and the rest Chardonnay. It’s ripe with notes of white peach, reflecting the breadth of the village, with a rich, chalky texture that remains subtle. Medium to full-bodied, it offers ample richness and structure, though I wouldn't be surprised if the Pinot Noir shines even more. Drink over the next 15-20 years. I like the purity and clarity of this one. It undergoes nine months of lees contact in the barrel and spends three years in the caves."
