"The 2022 Barbaresco is a fine entry-level offering from La Ca' Nova. Bright red-toned fruit and floral notes give this mid-weight Barbaresco plenty of up-front appeal. All the elements are very nicely balanced. There is a bit of grippiness on the finish that requires aeration, but that is the style of the year in many wines. The straight Barbaresco is a blend from parcels in Ovello, Cole and Loreto."
