"Jean-Marc Vincent’s latest brainchild. A solera style Aligoté incorporating at the moment the 2018, 19 and 20 vintages. Pretty pale lemon and lime. A little reduction, a fatter style than usual, quite a different flavour profile, a little tarte au citron, a slight fascinating astringency at the back. Very long finish indeed. Wow! Not scored because this is still the prototype and not ready for bottling."
