Jadix - Picpoul de Pinet 2024 (750ml)

We recently had an opportunity to try this wine.  Light, refreshing and screaming “summer time”, the 2024 “Jadix” Picpoul de Pinet is a vibrant, straw-yellow wine with bright green highlights, offering an intense, generous bouquet of citrus and exotic fruits, complemented by white-fleshed fruit aromas. Its palate is well-balanced, round, and crisp, showcasing exotic and citrus notes with a distinctive salinity that enhances its freshness. 

Made from 100% Piquepoul, this ancient French variety is renowned for its lip-stinging acidity and refreshing character. Best enjoyed young and well-chilled, it pairs beautifully with dishes like oysters, sushi, fried calamari, and poultry, offering a perfect balance of fruit, floral fragrance, and a clean, lively finish.
