"AP: 01 25. The 2024er Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett Trocken Mutter Anna (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) comes from 60-70-year-old vines. It displays an elegant and refined nose made of white flowers, almond cream, lime tree, lime, orange blossom, thyme, and smoke. The wine proves racy on the palate but a great level of dry extracts buffers off the acidity and adds density and intensity. The finish is very long, taut, and hugely spicy."
