"Elegant, pure and airy aromas exhibit notes of cool green apple, mineral reduction, lemon-lime and a similar array of floral elements. The racy, intense and sleek middle weight flavors seem to be built on a base of minerality while the chiseled and cuts-like-a-knife finish goes on and on. This is very classy and a wine that should also amply repay extended bottle aging."

"From the sector known as Les Petites Perrières, next to Pierre Morey and Vincent Latour. Two new barrels in four. Perfect pale lemon colour and very classy nose, no excess heat here at all. Then comes a wave of intensity on the palate and now the sunshine on the grapes is more apparent, but as ever there is the requisite tension. A little bit of liquorice."
