"The 2018 Vinos De Madrid is a killer value based on 100% Garnacha brought up all in concrete. Lots of kirsch, rose petal, and peppery herb notes define the bouquet, and it reminds me of a top Village Red Burgundy with its silky tannins, medium to full-bodied richness, and great finish."

"The 2018 Granitos de Cadalso fermented destemmed in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and had an élevage in concrete of approximately 18 months. It has a flinty/stony nose that's more reductive than oxidative, a bit shy, floral and slowly developing more nuance. The palate reveals freshness and very fine chalky tannins. It's very clean, precise and very Gredos. 2,688 bottles were filled in June 2020."
