"Looking at the 2021 Figlia, it's an interesting blend of Petit Verdot and Merlot. (Again, the percentages are a secret.) Its saturated purple hue is followed by a wonderfully pure, exotic, medium to full-bodied red that has loads of blue fruits, some floral, sage, and leafy herb notes, ripe, building yet polished tannins, and a great finish. It’s another brilliant wine in the lineup from this estate that shines on all accounts." (JD)
