(Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru, Domaine Laroche, White) "Grown on light soil at the top of the northern end. Clear pale primrose. A less intensely mineral bouquet with a bit of bacon fat. Quite rich with some flesh and a little bit of wood. There is depth to this wine which would go well with fish or fowl. I like the flesh-to-acid balance here more than Beauroys. 90-93 points"
