The Fixin Les Crais still retains the elegance and finesse of the HCDB and Fixin Villages, but brings another level of tension, depth and a bit more structure to match its slightly deeper yet more compact core of wound up cherry fruit. Again, fine-boned and detailed, this could use six months to a year to relax and catch up with the other wines, and will be even better in a year or two if you have the patience. Drink 2017 - 2022 .
