"The 2022 Verdejo hails from the DO Rueda and underwent bâtonnage with the lees up until bottling after the winter. Yellow with a greenish sheen, it features a mild, green apple aromatic character, along with scents of herbs and a faintly nutty undertone. Dry and refreshing, with a creamy flow on the palate, it lingers on its fruit notes. This is a subtly savory style for Rueda."
