"The 2022 Chardonnay Seven Springs Vineyard is bright and mineral driven on the nose, matchstick and flint giving way to golden apples and quince, toasted meringue and jasmine. The light-bodied palate offers expansive, candle smoke-laced flavors. Silky and mouth coating, it’s balanced by mouthwatering acidity and has a very long, dynamic finish. It’s a great candidate for the cellar. 200 cases were made."

"This comes from a south ridge at Eola-Amity's Seven Springs Vineyard, which has brilliant salinity with ocean air and salted lemon wedge, oxidised and heavy lees, and 30% new oak. There's a sauvage element to the wine, linear yet wild. The aromatics of lemon beebalm, verbena, and a lemony herbal character are present in the aromatics with a touch of funk. The palate stays taut and almost electric with salted lemon wedge, white pepper and sea salt. There isn't a lot of reduction in this wine, but it stays mineral and savoury throughout."
