Comando G - Grenache "La Bruja de Rozas" Madrid, Spain 2020 Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - 94 Points! This is hands-down our favorite Grenache for the price! Made from revived old vine Grenache from some of the most unique terroir in the world, and vinified by the rockstar duo Daniel Landi and Fernando Garcia. This is a seriously sophisticated wine for the price, upfront aromas of floral laced red fruit, over-ripe strawberry, bing cherry, and struck match stick, followed by a plethora of nuances with white pepper, sage, and earthy oregano. The finish is exotic to say the least, clean minerals, leather, flint, and Moroccan spices round out the lasting conclusion. An absolute stunner for the price!
