The multi-vintage blend is comprised of 37% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 33% Pinot Noir, with 70% of the juice from reserve vintages. The result is suburb - aromas of toasted brioche, lemon curd, anjou pear, and stewed apples. The palate is luxurious with ultra-fine bubbles forming a creamy mousse, there is great balance to the wine, with notes of orchard fruit, toasted almond, and a clean mineral rich finish.
