The 2025 Domaine d’E Croce (Yves Leccia) Cuvee YL Blanc epitomizes the estate's signature style, showcasing a luminous pale yellow color and an expressive nose of white flowers, acacia, and lemon.  A blend of 70% Vermentinu and 30% Biancu Gentile, grown in clay-limestone and schist soils with organic practices, it undergoes cold fermentation in stainless steel, avoiding malolactic fermentation for a crisp, fresh profile. With about 6 months of aging in stainless steel, it offers a vibrant, slightly tart palate that pairs perfectly with oysters, grilled fish, or cheese, capturing the essence of the island of Corsica in every sip—ideal for enjoying young, and chilled.
