“Hauntingly dark and floral, the 2018 Rosso grumbles up with a moody yet captivating blend of flowery underbrush, plum sauce, brown spices, tomatoes on the vine and dried black cherries. It’s silky-smooth and succulent, with ultra-ripe red and blue fruits that are nicely balanced by a core of stimulating acidity. The 2018 cleans up beautifully, leaving the mouth watering as a subtle coating of fine tannins remains and violet and lavender tones resonate.
