“I'm a big fan of the Queen Bee, and this is my favorite vintage so far. It also represents one of the valley's top "bangs for the buck." The initial buzz is the scent of lemon verbena tea mixed with peach, wet slate and saline aromas. The wine's lithe and nimble texture pairs with crisp acidity and fresh flavors of pineapple, chamomile, and a hint of honeycomb. This excellent Chardonnay also features a long finish”

Lifted and spry, it offers crisp mineral tones up front, complementing ripe pit fruits while taking on a more savory edge as a hint of sour citrus adds lovely inner tension. This 2023 finishes beautifully, saline yet fresh with a lemony concentration that puckers the cheeks."
