"The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté, from vines planted between 1995 and 2000, was vinified in vat with 11 months on the lees. It shows a sprightly bouquet, well defined with a touch of blackcurrant leaf infusing the citrus fruit. A hint of apricot and quince develop with aeration. The palate is crisp and taut, with a killer line of acidity. Very saline with a strict and satisfying finish."
