"The 2020 Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy is aged in two 25-hectolitre foudres. It has a well-defined, waxy bouquet with scents of peach skin and lemon curd, an underlying mineralité surfacing with aeration. The palate is vibrant and fresh on the entry with orange rind and mango; the 2020 is tensile from start to finish with a lovely, bitter, lemon tang that drags you back for another sip. Superb."
